Nana Obeng Yeboah is a commercial strategist, entrepreneur, and market-entry advisor with over 15 years of experience across oil & gas, banking, and real estate in Ghana.

He has led and advised businesses at the intersection of energy markets, finance, and commercial execution, with a deep understanding of how international and local players successfully enter, structure, and scale operations within Ghana’s oil and gas sector.

Nana previously served as Manager, Client Relationship at Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), where he played a key role in fuel trading growth strategy, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and market intelligence. During this period, the business achieved record sales volumes and sustained increases in average monthly performance, providing him with first-hand insight into Ghana’s downstream petroleum value chain.

Prior to BOST, Nana spent over a decade at Zenith Bank Ghana, where he rose through leadership roles in relationship management, marketing, and branch management. He managed high-value corporate portfolios with annual turnovers exceeding US$300 million, structured and executed complex credit transactions, and worked closely with local and international businesses operating in energy, commodities, and infrastructure.
In addition to his corporate background, Nana is an entrepreneur with hands-on experience establishing and operating downstream oil & gas retail businesses and real estate ventures. This operator perspective allows him to advise clients not only on market entry strategy, but also on practical execution, capital structuring, regulatory navigation, and risk management.

Nana holds an Executive MBA (Marketing) and a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is driven by a simple philosophy: market entry should be commercially sound, locally informed, and execution-ready.

He established and managed a high-performing relationship management unit, developed growth strategies, and ensured seamless collaboration across business units to meet organizational objectives.
